Swiss crude trader Glencore has applied to FAS seeking to acquire minority stakes in three oil producing subsidiaries of Russneft, but not the shares of the oil company itself, Bloomberg news agency reported quoting Glencore's official representative. The company denies it applied to acquire the oil producer itself. According to the company's representative, the application was filed in September.
